Certificates, report numbers and tested values.
Everything on this page can be independently verified against the issuing body's register. We publish the numbers because tender reviewers check them.
Three certification schemes cover our export systems: AS 2047:2014 for Australia and New Zealand through CSi, NFRC product certification for the United States, and a CSA Group certificate of compliance against the North American harmonized standard for Canada. All testing was carried out on full-size specimens by accredited third-party laboratories.

NFRC — United States
Four product certifications are held in the NFRC Certification Product Directory. Each one is backed by an air leakage test to ANSI/NFRC 400 and a thermal test or simulation to NFRC 102, carried out by Quast Consulting and Testing in the United States.
| CPD number | Product | Tested U-factor | Air leakage | Valid until |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EBO-C-1 | EB-86 thermal break casement window | 0.39 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.03 cfm/ft² | 2030-12-16 |
| EBO-C-3 | EB-112 thermal break casement window | 0.30 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.11 cfm/ft² | 2031-04-08 |
| EBO-C-4 | EB-112 thermal break fixed window | 0.19 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.01 cfm/ft² | 2031-04-07 |
| EBO-C-5 | EBP-100 tilt and turn window | 0.21 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.06 cfm/ft² | 2031-04-03 |
What the certification covers
Each CPD is accompanied by a Certification Authorization Report listing the ten glazing combinations that fall inside the certified range, with U-factor, SHGC, visible transmittance and condensation resistance for each. If your specification sits outside those combinations, it is not covered by the certificate and we will say so before quoting.
Verification
Certificates are issued by CSA Group Testing & Certification on behalf of NFRC and can be checked by CPD number at search.nfrc.org. Test reports: QCT-AIR-13110.01, QCT-AIR-13176.01, QCT-AIR-13177.01, QCT-AIR-13178.01 and their matching thermal reports.

- National High-Tech Enterprise status, with more than 200 authorised patents and copyright registrations
- In-house laboratory for wind pressure, thermal, acoustic, air tightness and water tightness testing
- More than 300 professional tests completed annually
How to use these certificates in a tender
Check that the specification falls inside the certified product range. Certificates cover specific systems, sizes and glazing combinations, not an entire product family.
Request the full document pack: certificate, product compliance schedule, test reports and, for NFRC, the Certification Authorization Report.
Verify the certificate number against the issuing body's public register on the date of submission, and note the expiry date in your file.
Certificate validity changes over time. Always confirm the current status with us before a tender deadline rather than relying on a downloaded copy.
